Located in the heart of Lyttelton, this new multi storey mixed use building will feature a double-level commercial space on the ground floor and ten one-bedroom apartments across the upper two levels. The building is crowned with a rooftop terrace, offering residents a space to connect, socialise and unwind.
The site was previously home to the Harbour Light Theatre, built in 1916. After suffering significant damage in the Canterbury earthquakes of 2010 and 2011, the original building was demolished.
We’re collaborating with Ignite to provide geotechnical and structural engineering for this exciting project. The site has multiple complex challenges including limited site access and lots of exposed concrete details.
