Miyamoto Building Surveying 2023Ltd (MBSL) was engaged by the Thorn Place Trust (In Receivership) to undertake an assessment of the partially completed Raffles Apartments at 6 Raffles St, Napier. The Client wanted to identify any issues with material exposure/durability and providing comment on whether material have been installed in accordance with the NZ Building Code and the Manufacturer’s instructions.
