Nick brings over 25 years of global leadership and stakeholder management experience, leading large-scale developments across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia, the Pacific Islands, Micronesia, Switzerland, and New Zealand. As Managing Director, he drives the delivery of complex, high-value programmes with a focus on scope definition, strategic alignment and execution excellence. His leadership has guided multi-billion-dollar initiatives, including strategic planning, project feasibility and delivery across numerous sectors, critical post-disaster recovery strategy, implementation and insurance settlement and leadership of multidisciplinary, multinational teams for international agencies. Nick is also an accomplished facilitator and trainer in leadership, project management, and team engagement, which is evidenced in the approach Miyamoto New Zealand bring to every assignment.
